* Oats Dosa (Pancake) *

1 cup quick-cooking oats
1 cup dalia (cracked wheat)
1/4 tsp ginger paste
1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper
1 tbsp chopped coriander
Pinch of sugar
Salt and chopped green chillies to taste

Soak the oats and dalia in water for half an hour. Grind to a coarse batter.
Add sugar and mix. Leave aside to ferment for 8 to 10 hours. Add all the
ingredients and mix. Make thin dosas and serve with chutney.
