* Rotelle with Broccoli *
1/2 lb rotelle or fusilli
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 lb broccoli, chopped
4 tbsp peanut butter
Salt to taste
4 tbsp hot water
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp garlic paste
1/2 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp cayenne
Boil the pasta according to instructions. In the last
3 minutes of cooking, add the broccoli.
Drain on a seive and toss with the olive oil. Whisk
together the remaining ingredients.
Add to the hot pasta and toss well.
